When you register for a kpk account, we collect your email address, phone number, password, name, and residential address. During identity verification, we collect a copy of your government-issued ID and a photo of your face (selfie). We use this data to confirm that you are who you say you are and to comply with Indonesian financial regulations.
When you deposit or withdraw funds on kpk, we collect transaction data — the amount, the payment method you used (e.g., ShopeePay, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet), the date and time, and your account balance before and after the transaction. This information helps us process your payment, detect fraud, and maintain accurate records.
We also collect technical data about how you use kpk — your device type (Android phone, iOS browser, desktop), your IP address, the pages you visit, the games you play, and the time you spend on each activity. How We Use Your Data on kpk
