Troubleshooting Common kpk Install Issues

If you see "Unknown application source" on Android, go to Settings → Apps & Notifications → Special app access → Install unknown apps, then select your browser or file manager and toggle "Allow from this source" on. This is a security feature; Google Play Store apps do not show this warning, but kpk's direct APK download requires this permission. If installation still fails, ensure your device has at least 100 MB of free storage space. Some older Android 7 devices may have stricter security policies — if you encounter this, try downloading kpk through a different browser or using the web version instead.

On iOS, if adding to home screen does not create an icon, try clearing your Safari cache (Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data), then revisit our app page and try again. If push notifications do not arrive, check Settings → Notifications → kpk and ensure "Allow Notifications" is on. Some devices running iOS 12–13 may have delays with push delivery; upgrading to the latest iOS version often resolves this. For both Android and iOS, a strong WiFi or 4G connection helps during the initial download and installation — if your network is unstable, find a stronger signal and retry.
